La Plateforme 2 Pôles Cirque en Normandie, association récente entre les deux Pôles Nationaux des Arts du Cirque normands, La Brèche à Cherbourg et le Cirque-Théâtre d’Elbeuf organise le Festival des nouvelles formes de cirque en mars. Une très belle programmation !
